We enjoyed the comforts of this good budget hotel. All of the staff were outstandingly accommodating, amiable. The venue had a marvellous location, about 10 minutes' walk from the city centre. It included magnificent restaurant which did a good dinner.

I had a comfortable experience here, everything was well-maintained, the location was favourable not far from the old city center, and a suburb. The staff was very pleasant and exceptionally nice, they provided an exemplary service. I had warm, fine room with a large bathroom, huge bath and fresh sheets. The breakfast was great - plenty of dishes.

The free breakfast buffet is very good, quality products, it is worth staying for breakfast at the hotel. The soaps in the bathroom are RITUALS brand, perfect, in few places have I seen something like that. Exceptional wiffi quality (on each floor there is an access), perfect 24h attention you can arrive at the time you want, the rooms are comfortable, blinds and curtains that do not let light pass, very clean, hot water comes very quickly and reaches a good temperature, bathtub in the room. Useful details in the rooms so that you don't waste towels, don't throw inappropriate products down the toilet, etc.
I got a room right by the elevator. And every time someone used it, you could hear it. I don't know if it's a matter of improvement, checking the tensioners maybe the sound stops. Probably if I had complained they would have moved me to another room, but I only spent one night. I made the reservation a few months in advance, I don't know what criteria they choose to allocate a room but surely they could have given me a room further away from the elevator, I don't think the hotel was still full then.

The hotel's decoration was lovely, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The cozy furnishings and soft lighting throughout the general areas made me feel right at home. Accessibility was a breeze for senior people like myself, with ramps and handrails conveniently placed, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there in carrying my luggage.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and you get a lot for what you pay. The attention to detail in the rooms with new facilities is impressive. The breakfast, although not included, is delicious and the elegant bathroom with wooden elements adds a touch of luxury.
All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

The ease of getting to this hotel was mind-blowing, even after a flight delay. The clean and comfortable rooms made us feel super relaxed. The staff, especially Carlos, were jaw-droppingly friendly and helpful. The hotel's proximity to the old city center made exploring a breeze. We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities such as Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and 24-hour reception. The bar/lounge area was a great spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The laundry service was a convenient bonus. The flat-screen TV and air conditioning added to the overall comfort of our stay. The express check-in/-out made things super efficient. Plus, the no-pets policy and no smoking on-site made for a peaceful atmosphere. We had a super satisfying stay and will definitely be coming back!
